3ELA provides dynamic leader development training in and around the living classrooms of local Civil War Battlefields to expand leaders’ competencies and improve their organizations.
"Leaders Building Better Leaders"
Using a modern perspective to analyze historical leaders, along with their actions, decisions, and outcomes, we illustrate how complex leadership concepts are not so complex – and make all the difference in the toughest of competitions. Then through dialog and discussion, we tie these concepts to modern day examples and challenges while challenging participants to see how these ideas parallel their own experiences. This individualized introspection establishes the unique environment required to develop the skills leaders and organizations so sorely need today. Providing lessons and techniques applicable from the lowest, front-line level, through middle management and up to the boardroom, our training provides significant improvements for the most precious of resources – human capital. These new leaders then, in turn, will make all the difference in your daily battles; just as the leaders on the Civil War Battlefields did over 150 years ago.
“We should not look back unless it is to derive useful lessons from past errors, and for the purpose of profiting by dearly bought experience.”
- George Washington
